Hi,

My name is Lena, and my journey has been one of resilience, discovery, and transformation. For years, I lived with unexplained pain and a range of symptoms that left me searching for answers. At 33, after undergoing surgery, I finally received the diagnosis that gave a name to my struggles - endometriosis. That moment was both grounding and awakening. I realized that while medical support was essential, I also wanted to take an active role in my own healing. I began focusing on research and supporting my body naturally - not as a replacement for medical care, but as a way to address the deeper root causes of my pain. Through holistic nutrition, reducing environmental toxins, and regulating my nervous system, I gradually reclaimed my health and vitality.
Today, I’m grateful to say that I experience far fewer flare-ups and no longer live with daily pain - a freedom I once thought was out of reach.
This space is where I share everything I’ve learned along the way - gentle, realistic, and evidence-informed steps to help you support your body naturally. My hope is that through my experience, you’ll gain the clarity, safety, and sense of control you deserve on your own healing journey.
